A week ago I was about to leave my house for work and my check engine light started flashing and my car started shaking. I knew I couldn't go to work with my car in that condition, so I gave Southcross a call and they were able to get my car in, diagnose the problem, give me a call to let me know what was wrong and how much it would be to fix it, and then fix it all within a span of about four hours. The gentlemen that were in the shop were very kind and made everything easy to understand without making me feel dumb. Overall I was happy with my experience at Southcross and would definitely go to them again!

Steve, Tim and the entire team did a great job taking care of my 2011 Chevy Cruze when I brought it in. They were able to diagnose the problem very quickly and provide an answer to me on how to fix it and gave me an honest and good quote. They took their time to make sure it was done the right way and provided me with updates along the way. While the car was in the shop they gave me a nice and clean courtesy car to use so I wasn’t stranded. On top of all of that the customer service was top notch and they truly cared about my situation. I would definitely recommend Southcross for an oil change or a major repair! Great job guys!

I am always hesitant and skeptical when taking my car in for repairs and question more than your average customer due to bad past experiences with mechanics. The work that needed doing was not easy and not cheap and I know I personally was a pain about the cost. The entire time Steve and Tim took it in stride and were professional and open about what they were doing. My fiancé, who recommended me bringing my car in brought my car back once the work was done and asked them to show him what parts were replaced, and Tim and Steve happily obliged. Steve and Tim maintained transparency and professionalism the entire time and communicated with us through out the entire process. Although I’m not sure they’d give me a five star rating 😅, that’s what they deserve and would recommend them to anyone looking for vehicle repair.

Was having issues with my Jeep engine stalling. Knew I had a sensor issue, but not much else. Steve was able to get my vehicle in that day, diagnosed the issue, replaced two sensors, and had me back on the road by later that day. While having your vehicle in the shop is never fun (or cheap), I appreciated the great customer service and quick turnaround. With kids, two jobs, and an overall busy life, Southcross Auto was there when I needed them. (as they have been in the past) Happy to have them in my neighborhood! :D

I didnt even have any work done and I will be back. I took my truck here because I was told by another shop that I needed a brake job. Steve was honest and told me I still had some time before I really needed brakes. He didn't just take my money and do the job. Prices are great and love the integrity. Will be back for sure.

I fancy myself an amateur auto mechanic so you can guess how I felt about bringing my wife's car in for a strange noise in the suspension.Boy, were my initial emotions misplaced, because I was delighted with the services performed on the car due to their honesty and integrity. They even went above and beyond when they spent time at home searching for a solution on the internet instead of 'throwin darts' and replacing likely components. I was even cut a deal at the end of it!I've always been the kind of person to "replace it at home" when offered services at auto shops because I could never bring myself to trust anyone but the dealership to tell me the truth about my car (we all have to make a living somehow). But Southcross Auto Service has earned my respect and I genuinely trust them to perform work on my cars with my best interest in mind.

I randomly got my oil done by Southcross and really enjoyed both the experience and the price. I recently had to get my brakes looked at, which turned into brakes and rotors replaced. I turned in my car at 9:30am and they were done with my back brakes by 11:00am!!!!!! such a quick turn around. I did get the opportunity to stay at the service center while my car was being fixed, it was very enjoyable. Overall, this will more than likely be my go to place for my car :) And i live in SLP!!

A simple job...replace headlight...connector was fried..electrical there, but not lighting bulb...electrical wiring always a mystery and time consuming...did they handle in a timely and efficient manner? Prices always seem to be fair and I can usually get a loaner if I call ahead. Most repairs are done in 24 hours. I’ve been very happy with the service at Southcross.

Fantastic service, very friendly people, they really do take care of people.
