We've been getting our family's cars repaired at Southcross for about 15 years. They have earned our trust and have ALWAYS treated us extremely well. Steve and Tim ALWAYS give us the honest scoop. If multiple repairs are needed and we don't have the cash to do everything at once, they help us prioritize the repairs (what is a must have and what can wait). Steve and Tim never try to oversell services. They ALWAYS perform the repairs in a timely manner and at a fair price. We recommend them highly.

I always trust Southcross with my auto repairs and maintenance. The staff is always friendly, accommodating and honest. I genuinely feel like they have my best interest in mind! They explain things in-depth and give me options. I have had several urgent needs and they have always managed to fit me in the schedule and even give me a loaner when I'm in a bind. You won't be disappointed!

Update: This is now officially the only auto repair shop I'll go to. If you're looking for a good, trustworthy mechanic in the area go here. I stripped the bolt head on my oil pan plug trying to change my own oil. These guys swapped it out for my new bolt during my lunch break. They gave me good advice, reasonable price, and friendly customer service.

I have been a customer at Southcross for over 20 years and Steve and his crew have always been up front and honest about what they recommend for what to do with your car. I can always count on them to 'fix the real problem' every time. I have had repair work done at other shops and also at dealers, and I always get pressured to 'do more' than what I came in for. I always feel I can ask questions about what is being done and I will receive a detailed explanation. I highly recommend Southcross to those looking for quality repair/maintenance work at a fair price.
